Celebrating togetherness

Tel Aviv, ISRAEL

The interior of this 8th floor corner apartment has been designed to celebrate Tel Aviv’s vibrant beach life, together with family and friends. The commanding sea view can be enjoyed throughout the apartment and from the large terrace. In the open-plan kitchen and living room, the main focus is on getting together, either around the large dining table, or in the generous seating area.

The bright and breezy atmosphere was enhanced by the use of pale colours and natural materials. The polished concrete floor, a technique which originates from the Mediterranean, perfectly fits the environment. The bespoke oak dining table and the coffee tables with a slate finish, were created in Belgian ateliers. Further objects in wood, metal, leather and ceramic add character to the apartment.

“When clients consult me to design a second home, they often want it to be a calm place to unwind from a busy day-to-day lifestyle. This place, to the contrary, is not about isolation. It is all about sharing, being connected and making lasting memories.”
